‘The Woodlands at Hocking Hills’ has become more than a vacation rental and place to get away for our family. It has taught us about grit, not giving up, taking risks, and working together. It has made us stronger as a family. We truly believe this journey is bigger than the five of us. Our ultimate vision is to integrate our “homes in the hills” with our passion for people.

Our children have each chosen a charity that they want to support. We are excited to give 5% of each rental back to one of these worthy organizations. We love the idea of all of us working together to help others and YOU get to choose where your money goes by picking one of these three charities to support:

“I chose Special Olympics because of my love for sports and I want everyone to have the opportunity, regardless of ability, to play a sport they love.”

“I chose St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital because cancer affects so many of us in some way. I love that they specialize not only in research and helping kids, but also supporting families as they go through challenging times.”

The Woodlands at Hocking Hills has intentionally partnered with the following businesses to GIVE BACK 5% to Compassion International. Through this amazing organization, our small family business has been able to sponsor a child named Yised, from Columbia. Thank you to our GIVE BACK partners for giving us this opportunity to provide the following amenities to our guests while Making a Difference one stay and one product at a time: coffee, paper products, soap, towels, bedding, dishware, lighting, and glassware.
